Practice, Practice, Practice
The Business Administration Master is a practice-oriented program, meaning you will already get to know companies first-hand. In a separate module, you will visit different companies and compare their business models. This is how theory and practice complement each other in the Business Administration Master.

Digitalisation and the use of AI are cross-cutting themes in all modules.
Optional Stay Abroad
The 3rd semester is the time for an optional stay abroad. You can choose from our more than 50 partner universities worldwide, or attend a non-partner university of your choice.

You have the opportunity to obtain a double degree in cooperation with one of our renowned partner universities, namely Solbridge International School of Business in South Korea or City University of Seattle.

The Entrepreneurship & Innovation module provides the knowledge you need to become self-employed. From brainstorming and financing to legal frameworks, product management and customer management, you’ll gain an understanding of all the key decision-making areas. And if you wish, you can put what you’ve learnt into practice straight away as part of the project-based study programme.
Future Skills Lab for Management & Tech
Negotiation, presentation, conflict resolution, networking – everyday working life requires a range of soft skills. This training course teaches these skills through exercises and case studies.
Business Game: Real Decisions in a Virtual Company
Within the framework of a business game, you will manage your own company. This way, you learn about the complex correlations within a company.
Business simulation: Real-world decisions in a virtual company
As part of the Strategy & Vision module, you will manage your own company. This will enable you to gain an understanding of the complex interrelationships within a business.
Ethics: Corporate Values are Not Just on the Balance Sheet
Which values should a manager follow? How do you make a decision when these values are in conflict with economic goals? Management needs a foundation of values. We provide you with orientation for your ethical compass.

Career Booster – Double Degree Program:
Students in the Master’s program in Business Administration at BSP have the opportunity to seamlessly integrate an international double degree into their studies. This exclusive option is offered in cooperation with three renowned partner universities:
- SolBridge International School of Business, Daejeon, South Korea
- City University of Seattle, USA
- ICMS, Sydney, Australia
By participating in the double degree program, you will earn two fully accredited master’s degrees – one from BSP and one from the partner university.
At BSP, Business Administration Master's students can earn a double degree in cooperation with the SolBridge International School of Business in South Korea. Graduates of the double degree program receive two academic degrees - one from each university.
In order to obtain the double degree, a stay at the South Korean partner university is planned in the 3rd semester for a period of approx. 6 months. SolBridge is AACSB-accredited, placing it in the top 5 percent of the best business schools in the world. It is located in the city of Daejeon, one hour from Seoul.
The bilateral study program represents an outstanding opportunity for students to develop their personality and sharpen their own academic profile. International experience is also an enormous asset on the job market: in an increasingly globalized world and economy, the double degree offers graduates excellent career and networking options.
Prerequisites for the application are sufficient practical experience relevant to the study program for example internships/work placements or full-time employment, as well as successful completion of the first two semesters of the Master's degree program. At BSP, Master Business Administration students can earn a double degree in cooperation with the City University of Seattle, USA. Graduates of the double degree program receive two academic degrees - one from each university.
In order to obtain the double degree, students must spend 6 months (two American quarters) at the American partner university in the 3rd semester. CityU is ACBSP-accredited, which is one of the leading international accreditations for business schools.
The bilateral study program represents an outstanding opportunity for students to develop their personality and sharpen their own academic profile. International experience is also an enormous asset on the job market: in an increasingly globalized world and economy, the double degree offers graduates excellent career and networking options.

Double Degree with the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS)
To obtain the double degree, a stay at the Australian partner university is required in the 3rd semester for a duration of 6 to 8 months (two to three Australian trimesters)*. Since 1996, ICMS has offered outstanding study opportunities in a unique location close to the famous Manly Beach.
The binational program provides students with an excellent opportunity for personal development and for strengthening their academic profile. International experience is also a major advantage in the job market: in an increasingly globalized world and economy, the double degree offers graduates excellent career and networking opportunities. Thanks to the integrated internship at ICMS, students also gain international work experience while on site.
The requirements for participation in the double degree program include successful completion of the first two semesters of the master’s program, as well as, if applicable, sufficient field-related practical experience in the form of internships, working student positions, or full-time employment*. For questions regarding admission requirements and application procedures, please contact the International Office.
*If an internship is credited, it lasts only one trimester (= 300 hours), meaning the third trimester is waived accordingly.
